Ethan Phillips has appeared in hundreds of television shows. He played Neelix on Star Trek: Voyager, Pete on Benson, and Spike on Avenue 5. More recent appearances are in Better Call Saul, Younger, New Amsterdam, Girls, Veep, Criminal Minds, and others.
